Mrs. Tosha Wilson-Davis, MPA, MSCJ, CPRW, CEIP, AUTHOR, REALTOR

Mrs. Wilson-Davis, Founder & President of Penciled IN Résumé Writing & Career Services, LLC is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP), and a published author. She holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice, a Master of Public Administration with a Government Contracting specialization, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She is also an active member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches (PARW/CC).

Mrs. Wilson-Davis accepted an offer (January 2022) from the retail giant and Fortune 500 company, Amazon, as a Fully-Remote Corporate Technical Recruiter, Advertising. After being laid off, she decided to pursue reentry into the federal government space and currently serves as a Mid-Level Contract Consultant with Longevity Consulting working contract closeouts for the USDA Forest Service. She has 5 years of recruiting experience, 9 years of professional résumé writing experience, almost 15 years in higher education, and 7+ years in federal service where she worked her way up from a GS-7 to GS-12 Contract Specialist. She has written and developed numerous courses at a variety of colleges and universities, written numerous proposals and contracts for the federal government, and published her Memoir through Amazon’s KDP program in April 2021. She is no stranger to professional writing. In January 2023, she became a Licensed Realtor in GA and brokered by Southern Classic Realtors.

In her spare time, Mrs. Wilson-Davis enjoys traveling with her husband, Kenneth, spending time in Jacksonville, FL with her older sister and brother-in-law, and baking.

Pristiny Brown, Office/Marketing Specialist

Pristiny Brown serves as Penciled IN’s Office & Marketing Specialist. A recent graduate from the College of Coastal Georgia located in Brunswick Georgia, Pristiny received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management. Pristiny strives to work towards her goal of becoming an entrepreneur and owning various businesses including storefront and online.

In addition, Pristiny enjoys yoga, fashion designing such as sewing, crocheting, jewelry making, and sketching designs. She also has an interest in video editing , graphic design, and content creation on social media. Her YouTube channel is “Pristiny’s Pink Paradise”. Pristiny creates content for Locs, Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, and Vlogs.

Pristiny also focuses on making video content on aesthetics such as Princesscore, Cottagecore, Coquette, and Soft Girly Activities, to positively represent black girls and women in ways that are against typical stereotypes. For her hard work and representation, in September 2023, Pristiny was featured in a blog post by the dailydot.com, titled “How Black women are revolutionizing Tiktoks Princesscore”.

Pristiny is currently learning Japanese and has always been interested in Anime since the age of 7. She wants to further extend her education skills focusing on the Japanese language and culture, as well as her business adventures having Japanese inspirations and appearance. Pristiny can read, write, speak, and listen on an N5 level and is working towards level N4 in Japanese and higher.
