Mrs. Tosha Wilson-Davis, MPA, MSCJ, CPRW, CEIP, AUTHOR, REALTOR, SRS

Mrs. Wilson-Davis, Founder & President of Penciled IN Résumé Writing & Career Services, LLC is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP), and a published author. She holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice, a Master of Public Administration with a Government Contracting specialization, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She is also an active member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches (PARW/CC).

Mrs. Wilson-Davis accepted an offer (January 2022) from the retail giant and Fortune 500 company, Amazon, as a Fully-Remote Corporate Technical Recruiter, Advertising. After being laid off, she decided to pursue reentry into the federal government space and served as a Mid-Level Contract Consultant with Longevity Consulting working contract closeouts for the USDA Forest Service. She has 5 years of recruiting experience, 12 years of professional résumé writing experience, 15 years in higher education, and 8+ years in federal service where she worked her way up from a GS-7 to GS-12 Contract Specialist. She has written and developed numerous courses at a variety of colleges and universities, written numerous proposals and contracts for the federal government, and published her Memoir through Amazon’s KDP program in April 2021. She is no stranger to professional writing. In January 2023, she became a Licensed Realtor in GA and brokered by Southern Classic Realtors. Recently in February 2025, she started her final run in Federal Government as a Contract Specialist III with the Department of Interior’s National Park Service (Federal Contractor).

In her spare time, Mrs. Wilson-Davis enjoys traveling with her husband, Kenneth, spending time in Jacksonville, FL with her older sister and brother-in-law, and baking.
